This Privacy Policy describes how Jetflow (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information in connection with the Jetflow website, interfaces, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services. This Privacy Policy should be read together with our Terms of Use.

2. Information We Collect

Jetflow is designed to minimize the personal data we collect. We do not require account registration, and we do not collect names, email addresses, or passwords through the core trading interface unless you voluntarily provide them (e.g., through a waitlist, contact form, or support request).

We may collect or have access to the following categories of information:

  • Wallet and blockchain data: public wallet addresses, transaction hashes, on-chain interactions with Jetflow smart contracts, and related blockchain data that is publicly available by nature;
  • Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, referring URLs, pages visited, interaction patterns, timestamps, and session data collected automatically through the interface;
  • Voluntarily submitted information: email address, social media handles, referral codes, or other information you choose to provide through forms, promotions, waitlists, or support channels;
  • Compliance-related information: identity documents, residency information, source-of-funds documentation, or other materials submitted in response to compliance, sanctions screening, or risk-management requests; and
  • Communications: records of correspondence if you contact us via email, social media, or other channels.

3. How We Use Information

We may use collected information for the following purposes:

  • to provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services;
  • to facilitate smart contract interactions, settlement, and protocol functionality;
  • to comply with applicable laws, regulations, sanctions rules, anti-money laundering requirements, and legal obligations;
  • to conduct compliance screening, fraud detection, risk management, and security monitoring;
  • to enforce our Terms of Use and protect against misuse, abuse, or prohibited conduct;
  • to respond to support inquiries, communications, and requests;
  • to send service-related communications, including updates, security alerts, and administrative notices;
  • to conduct analytics, monitor usage patterns, and improve user experience; and
  • to fulfill any other purpose disclosed to you at the time of collection or with your consent.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers: with third-party vendors, infrastructure providers, analytics providers, compliance tools, and other service providers who assist in operating the Services, subject to appropriate confidentiality and data protection obligations;
  • Legal and compliance: where required by law, regulation, legal process, subpoena, court order, government request, or to comply with applicable sanctions, anti-money laundering, or counter-terrorism financing obligations;
  • Safety and security: where we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, safety, property, or security of Jetflow, our users, or the public;
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, asset sale, or similar transaction, subject to the receiving party agreeing to privacy protections consistent with this Policy; and
  • Blockchain data: on-chain transaction data is publicly visible on the blockchain by design and is not subject to our control once submitted.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We may use cookies, local storage, pixels, and similar technologies to collect usage data, remember preferences, analyze traffic, and improve the Services. Third-party analytics providers may also set their own cookies or identifiers.

You may configure your browser to reject cookies, but doing so may affect the functionality of the Services.

6. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain security. On-chain data is permanent and immutable by nature and cannot be deleted by us.

7. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet, devices, and credentials.

8. International Transfers

Information may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions other than your country of residence, including jurisdictions that may not provide the same level of data protection. By using the Services, you consent to such transfers. Where required by applicable law, we will implement appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, delete, restrict processing, or object to processing of your data. To exercise any such rights, please contact us at the address below.

Please note that certain data (including on-chain transaction data) is publicly available on the blockchain and cannot be modified or deleted by us. Additionally, we may retain certain information where required by law or for legitimate compliance, security, or operational purposes.

10. Children

The Services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a person under 18, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.

11. Third-Party Links and Services

The Services may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, applications, or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or data handling of any third party. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you access.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date above and may provide additional notice through the Services.
